Is anyone using the Case Fee/Allowed Limits to track Medicare therapy caps? We are receiving approve fail messages that state "Case Fee limit exceeded: fee limit=$1980, used: $566" The used amount varies but it is failing the ticket inappropriately when the used amount is less than the fee limit. We have logged a ticket with Centricity but told that there is no fix at this time and that it would be announced on listserv when resolved. We have to touch each ticket individually to batch past the invalid approve fail. Is a high volume issue for us and is taking quite a bit of additional time to fix these. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?
