I'm getting a script error whenever I open the GE's HTML Medication Administration form. It seems some files are missing on the server. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance.
You have copied all the CCC Basic HTML files to the correct location - correct? This would be the Care, Immunization, MedAdmin, and Shared folders to the jboss EncounterForms folders. The default would be c:\Program Files\Centricity Practice Solution\jboss\server\default\deploy\{databasename}.ear\CentricityPracticeWS.war\EncounterForms.

Yes to all the above. I think I'm going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes it.
We are on CPS 12.0.10 Patch 4 with Basic 1.3 and I'm not seeing a problem even with IE 11.

We had trouble with text translation after SP10 - we could enter the medication and commit administration successfully, but the text would not appear in the note. Eventually we had to get a text file component from GE that contained the missing code. I'm aware of one other group having the same issue, but it sounds like it's different from what you're experiencing. Just in case - you're welcome to contact me for more info.
Do you have the settings in IE set to automatically update the webpage? This is a setting that is required if you are not manually updating the HTML forms in Centricity by loading component into a test patient.
Also, we have had a few instances in the past with our Citrix sessions, where it appears that the session had trouble seeing some files on the specific Citrix server, like the prescription .rpt file. If the user completely logs out of Centricity and Citrix, including closing any related web browsers, and logs back in the issue is resolved. I thought I'd mention it just in case this was the issue.
