Is anyone doing medication administration with their injection forms? How are you documenting this? Also, how are you documenting the waste? What form are you using? Is anyone doing bar code scanning and how is that going? Also, I wanted to see how your Medication Administration forms get updated with the NDC numbers. Thanks for your feedback.
