We would like to add a button to a form that will sign the clinical list changes...is that possible?

I don't think there is one that forces everything that "Sign Clinical List Changes" does, however there are a few things you can try depending on what you are looking for.
There is a function to sign orders. MEL_SIGN_ORDERS()
There is also a function to print medications. MEL_PRINT_RX(DDID)
The MEL_SIGN_ORDERS() is pretty straight forward, the medication one can be a bit tricky. I would check with the CPS Help files for specifics on how to use it.
