Hello,
I am having issues with merging a few charts. I have checked to make sure all documents are signed off but i am still getting the message "this chart has unsigned, or signed documents with pending transcription or chart is locked." Not sure what else to do to "unlock chart" or how to find out if there are pending transcriptions. Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check Filed in error or Replaced documents. We have run across this before and this is not in the default document view. So when I get this message, I will check for those hidden documents.

Thanks! That worked! It was a Replaced Document.
