Hi,
We are moving to a new location in the same town. We will have a new facility name and a new address. We are merging two clinics together to a bigger size clinic. What is the best practice for changing location of care? Do we create a new one?
If we just change the name of LOC, what happens to On-Hold documents and billing for those visits.
Also for facilities, I am thinking those we can just create a new one for the new location and eventually inactivate the older ones.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
