We have multiple (about 15) locations using our EMR and two of them are Family /Adult Med...they end up sometimes having different NDC numbers for vaccinations, but I can only enter one number in the Immunization Settings. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks!

Couple of ideas, neither of them ideal, a lot of work on the set up side. Have different custom lists for each location or load the vaccine with the NDC being part of the description.

One of our thoughts was to fill in the NDC with all zeros and have the practices manually type in the NDC....If I create custom immunization lists, doesn't still pull from the one immunization pool?
I was wondering if I could simply duplicate the immunization, but we are worried about affecting the immunization registry.
