I am needing a report of certain schedule resources with appts booked for a specific provider. This particular provider is leaving and we need to make sure that all those appts have been cancelled. The canned Appointment reports don't have the appt doctor on any of them. I am having some difficulty finding anything in Crystal reports that will give me the information that I need. Any assistance would be great or if anyone has an existing report that might work and would be willing to share it would work as well. We are on CPS 12.0.13.

Reports-->Schedule-->Appointments by Resource
You can set the From Date to be the last day the provider is seeing patients and leave the To Date field blank. That will show you all scheduled appts beyond the From Date. Is that not what you are looking for?

Thanks Jessicaw but no, that isn't what I need. The resource would be, for example, Radiology Ultrasound, but the Doctor would be Dr Mejia. On the schedule reports, you don't see the provider that is "ordering" the exam.
