Updated the ICD/CPT through the ServerSetup and did a Diagnosis Load, but I can not get it to show up to setup my custom Problem List. Nor does it show up in the Patient Problem list when I search for them. E78.00 is the main one, but there are many others. Any help will be appreciated.
Same issue we are having. Our VAR has been working with GE to try and resolve it. The codes are showing up on PM side but NOT EMR. We upgraded to 12.0.13 the week of Thanksgiving and that's when Office Manager noticed the codes had been inactivated instead of activated. I will keep you updated.
Exact same thing we are experiencing. I have some feelers out - I will add to the thread if anything comes of them.
we upgraded to 12.2 and seems like the issue went away. So I do not know if there is a patch or anything to resolve this on older versions.
I have resolved the issue by working through the database and deleting all records of the MasterDx, I do not recommend doing this unless you know the database, I luckily do. Once all the MasterDiagnosis are delete, then re-imported them back in, and all Diagnosis now show.
GE couldn't figure it out, so like always, I had to do my own figuring out, and worked perfectly without effecting anything.
