On the bottom half of the new html form, there are two checkboxes. Do either of these do anything, or go anywhere?

Read the release notes for the module, but there was no mention (at least in the version I just downloaded off the GE site.)
We are trying to develop a new complementary program to print VIS (in approapriate language) to work with this new form. And, I had started building our order sets, and then this option was pointed out to me.
So, anyone with an idea?

Yes they do! 🙂 Are you using the Factory Custom List or creating your own for the Immunization form? If you set up your own, you'll want to tie an Order code to it (this is in the setup). You can check this out by looking at the vaccine setups in the Factory List (go to Settings -> Chart -> Immunization Custom List). Drill down to the vaccine and you'll see a related Order. If the check box is checked (the users only have to do this once, it stays checked and has to be checked PRIOR to putting in the immunization), once the immunization is entered, the order will show up in the Orders module. The provider will have to provide a DX but this feature is VERY handy.
The new HTML form has a LOT of moving parts. If you need help with this, I'd be happy to walk you through it. [email protected].
By checking the Allergic to Eggs button, this will add this allergy to the patient chart.
