We would like to build immunization protocols, but since the new HTML form does not map the criteria to obs terms, but to CVX codes has anyone found a way in which this can be done?
Any suggestions would be most welcome. We are on CPS 12.0.11 at this point in time.

I have created an application to sync the Immunizations to OBS Terms. I have several clients using this and they love that they do not have to do anything different to get the same results they were doing before.

We became members of CQIC in 2015 in large part due to this issue and the fact that the CQIC immunization form maps to both CVX codes and observation terms. Their website is clinicalcontent.com for more info.

I posted an immunization form to the marketplace that supports immunization protocols within the form and writes to the table data.
