Looking at the info on the 12.3 and 9.12 upgrades, and how it changes prescription handling. I see how a person can setup a group of people that they help with, by creating a group folder and placing the entries, or a group of entries, into "My Folder" or a new folder in same area.
But, what if we have a large practice, and group our doctors into teams? We have five teams, and often a 'nurse of the day' will be helping a team. Today help Team A, but tomorrow help Team B. It appears that each nurse would need to have all five teams defined in their own workspace.
Ideally, I think I would like five groups in a common area (where I could manage the names in each list) but allow the nurse to pick which group is being assisted that day.
Group A includes: Doctor 1, Doctor 2, Doctor 3
Group B includes Doctor 4, Doctor 5
So, the nurse would know that he/she is assisting Group A today, and would click the magnifying glass and choose Group A, thereby seeing incoming requests for all 3 doctors.
Two reasons for the request - (a) so each nurse does not have to build the five (and possibly more) lists, and (b) so the group list are centrally managed as doctors come and go.
I've watched Rhea's training presentation at least 3 times now and she is pretty clear on that point - every user has to set up their own boxes. But it might be worth asking her directly if she's aware of future option on that front. I'd be curious to see if others have a workaround.
