When in a patients chart the nurse will click on documents and it will state "no patient selected." When in fact they are in the patients chart.
Any known reason for this that you know of or fix?

Its because they clicked on Chart and then when the find patient box opened, they clicked close. To fix it all you have to do is log in, click on the down arrow next to find patient and select one of the charts you previously opened.

In our experience, clicking on the down arrow and going to another patient's chart did not resolve the issue prior to CPS 12. Users would need to close the Chart module and re-launch to resolve.
After upgrading to CPS 12, the method described by ckoch779 works.
