Is there a way to notify registration staff when a patient has a credit on their account? We often have patients register for services that require a co-pay, once they get in to see the doctor the office visit type changes to a visit that does not require a co-pay. We are never aware if the patient has a credit. is there a setting for this on the PM side?
How did you go about doing that. I like how you have the patient portal in their as well. Very user friendly. Does it auto update the credit, or would our staff have to manually add it?
I haven't done it for C-EMR yet, I would have to see if it is possible, this is CPS screenshot. But it is some custom scripting in registration template file and it would be all automated, not manual.
We are on CPS version 12.10 currently. Just trying to make things a little w=easier for our registration/billing staff. I am not very familiar with the PM side.
Oh ok, your info shows C-EMR. Yes, it can be done. But there is going to be a lot of scripting involve. I do custom things like this all the time, if you want to email [email protected] me I can provide you with a quote.
