Hey all - anyone know if AthenaHealth has released a factory OBS term for results of the SARS-CoV-2 NAAT test available through commercial labs? They oddly seemed to have missed this in their last COVID-19 release, which seems to be a rather large oversight!

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but if you go https://centricity.athenahealth.com, login, and navigate to CPS product downloads (presumably this is also available for CEMR), there is a 2019-nCoV Questionaire Kit. It has a clinical kit, some custom content it looks like, and new obs terms available for download.
https://centricity.athenahealth.com/s/hcd-resourceinfo/a1f0f000003NrbwAAC/cmp00065#nCoVk is the URL, although I tend to doubt it will work directly.

We are in the same boat. The Obs kits don't seem to have the Result obs term.
Edit: There is a new factory kit that came out today. it seems to have the actual test Obs Terms.
We did our monthly upgrade on Friday, so unsure if we captured the latest, with the new lab results OBS codes.
If anyone is seeing them, what are the codes so I can validate? I did find 49 COVID-19 questions, HDID from 663276 - 665305
Thanks.

Found the answer to my own question! AthenaHealth released another coronavirus OBS term kit on March 13, located here. It includes the OBS terms "C19 PCR OTH" and "C19 PCR CDC" for use in recording the NAAT results. EMR-Link also added these to their interface for use in mapping.
And we just found it also. Along with new codes for the following:
'C19 PRSUM PT' for presumptive positive
'C19 CNFRM PT' for confirmed pt
'C19 PUI ID' for PUI ID number
'SARSCOV2AB' for SARS CoV 2 Antibody
Thus, sites may want to take a look and get the latest OBS kits to load onto your systems. So you can track lab data.
