Has anyone heard anything about CPS moving from ONC 2014 Certification to 2015? as far as I can tell there are only a few EMR's currently 2015 Certified.

Yes, I believe this will happen with CPS 12.3, it was in one of the GE webinars. Check the MIPS webinar.

GE is giving May of 2017 as tentative GA release for 12.3 (ONC 2015).
