I am just getting around to trying to update the form that we use for recording results from prenatal ultrasounds. I was a little surprised that I don't see an observation term available for "Maximal Vertical Pocket (MVP)". This has replaced AFI on most of the ultrasound reports that we receive. I believe I am looking at the most recent factory observation terms. Is anyone else using an observation for this and if so what observation term are you using? Just wanted to check before I request a new observation term that I am not duplicating...

I did a quick search, i think it is listed as Maximum Value Pocket... I see four, MVP#1, MVP#2, MVP#3, MVP#4. Hope that helps.

Thank you for the information. I am wondering if those might be site specific terms as I don't see them in my training database and I just loaded the (?) February factory observation terms.

I don't think so, I have always been the only one at my organization to do those and I have never requested it. I looked at the import date (2014-05-23) and over 10 thousand observation terms were added at the same time. I looked also in my factory observation term kits (including this February) and I don't see it in mine either, so I guess I'm not certain where they came from.

We don't have any Obs Terms for MVP either.
