We have one user that is experiencing an issue where forms do not load. She will open a phone note, you can see the form, but the text is missing. This also happens with Rx Refills. We have created a new citrix profile for her and cleared her UI in the database. It is only happening to her and it happens on any laptop or PC that she signs into. I am at a loss, so before I call GE I thought I would see if anyone here has any ideas.

This sounds similar to an issue we had with a user recently. GE helped us by finding that the user had a special character in her password. Once she selected a new password the issue resolved. You might give it a try.
Thanks! I had her change her password even though it did not have any special characters. She still had the form painting. It's odd because it doesn't happen all the time, mainly when she clicks on the Rx Refill button. Thanks for the suggestion.
