Good morning all! Was wondering if anyone knows how to associate a default program to open PDF attachments from a patient chart. We have some forms that generate a PDF attachment to the open chart document but when we go to open the attachment we get an error that there is no program installed to view the file. Adobe Reader is installed on the machine but does not seem to be associated to the viewing of PDF file attachments in CPS.

If you have windows 10 or the newer servers to use RDP or Remote App, you need to make sure you have Adobe Reader or equivalent as the default application. By default, it is Microsoft Edge which will not work through Centricity. Please note, that you will have to change this as a default for all users.
