We are running CPS 12 and we have several employees who are unable to arrow down in a list of billing visits, and hit the enter key to open the visit. They have to use the mouse to double click into the visit.
We also have workstations where this DOES work. Including my own, where I can "highlight" in blue any visit I want and hitting the enter key opens it right up.
Anyone have any experience with this?

lets make a list of all the quirks that are seemingly unrelated but could cause odd issues within CPS. I swear this software is like having VATER syndrome.
I'll go first
1. are they using it on a second or primary screen as opening it on a secondary screen can cause issues in the billing screen, especially if it is opened on the secondary screen first.
2. Do they have special characters in their password? This has been know to cause random hiccups and crashes.
3. Is caps lock on, I mean, I only know this to only affect the log in screen but hey we are using CPS
