Hello,
I was going through our alerts for new orders and I found that the information that is passed to our prior auth person for the alert doesn't have a lot of information and unless they go into the patient's actual chart then it doesn't have things like the service provider. Is there any way to change that?

We get the authorizing provider as well, what we don't get is whom we are referring the patient to. Depending on the situation sometimes we refer to different providers to perform EMGs and it doesn't say whom we are referring to, just who is authorizing it.
