I created a custom one page form for a provider. I did not have enough room to add the FH-SH parts. I created a action button in VFE that opens a form component. The problem we are having is this:
When the provider clicks on Load FH-SH, it is putting the FH-SH at the end of the note, not next to the PMH-PSH where the button is. Is there a way to fix the note layout that any of you know of?
Thank you in advance for your help.
I just recently did the same thing for our physicians. What worked best for us was to build the form without any chart translations and insert Text Components in the desired order into the document templates. This can take a little extra work, but we are able to manipulate the order of the information however we choose. Our document template for our office visit looks like this:
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Patient Demo in Chart Note]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\Ortho\Office Visit]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\MA Intake Form]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\Symptoms]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho CC]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho HPI]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\PatientLink card 10\ROS - PatientLink]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho Histories]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\Histories]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\Vitals]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho PE]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho X-ray]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho Assess]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho Plan]
[MLI_TEXT:Enterprise\Ortho Procedure]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\CHUG\CVS\Patient Instructions]
[MLI_FORM:Enterprise\Kryptiq\Send Chart Notes]
You can see we have quite a few different text components. Hope that helps. I am happy to discuss any questions you might have.

I am familiar with VFE, but not this familiar. Could you explain in more detail on how I can accomplish this. Thank you so much for all of your help.
It might be easier for me to show you via a webex. If you are interested, I would love to show you what we have done. Just shoot me an email and we can find a time to connect.
