hi, we are on EMR 9.8.12, these are my settings:
1. location of care for Orders Default for Services is set to In Process for Disposition when Signed
2. I created a custom list for Services were Orders are set to Complete
the issue is when I log into this location and choose the Custom List for Orders the Services are showing as In Process in the Orders module. In setup these Services are set to Complete.
I have other custom lists that are set up identical and the Services are showing as Complete in the Orders module.

Setting up custom lists is a two part process. You first have to set up a category of tests/services. It's in this first step that you set up the default disposition status when those particular items in the category list are ordered. The second step is to build your custom list by picking orders from one or more of the category lists you created in step 1. My understanding is that the default disposition status pulls from the settings in your categorical list (created in step 1). See screen shots.

hi, that's actually how I have this setup and it always default to In Process
Hmmm. Could probably figure it out if we looked at it together. Do you have a VAR relationship or do you get your support from GE? Someone should be able to help you from one of those organizations.
