I was wondering if anyone is experiencing same situation with orders after 12.3 upgrade; One our providers seems to keep getting kicked out while putting in orders for a patient. Not sure why this is happening but it started after upgrade.
Yes, we are experiencing the same issue with one of our providers and have a ticket open with Virence (#02685935). I'm happy to let you know when we find a resolution.

I ended up opening a ticket with Quatris below is the response received:
ISSUE: While e-prescribing, an error message pops up and CPS will freeze and user will get kicked out
ERROR: Error occurred in class, method MLFormData::act - action = IDOK
NOTE: This issue is random but frequent; although, seems to occur when the user has multiple windows open
WORK-AROUND: Recommend provider set IE cache to clear after session and limit the amount of windows open. Issue may also require a Windows profile rebuild if frequent with one user after limiting windows open.
