Orders with No Charges

Hello All,

The help in CPS 12.2 references two reports - "Charges with No Orders" and "Orders with No Charges". These are supposed to be in the Financial section of the reports module but we do not have them listed there. Does anyone have these reports in their system or remember using them in the past?
