Our providers would like to be able to see the days scheduled patient visits/surgeries/etc. in their Outlook Calendar and they also want their respective MA's and other staff to be able to view them there as well.
I'm thinking back to CHUG Conferences I've been to and can't recall anyone doing this. There was a product called NexSched that did this, but it was purchased by MedFusion back in 2017. I spoke with a representative there and they did not keep that component (they purchased it for the patient self-scheduling side of things).
Is anyone familiar with any apps that would allow providers and their staff to see their schedules within Outlook?
Good Day,
If you cannot find someone that already has this, I can build this custom solution. If you are interested in my services, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at [email protected]
Summit Software Technologies www.summitsoftech.com has a product called eDOC which does this.
We use the Summit eDoc solution and it is fantastic.

I've reached out to Summit about their pricing model but haven't heard anything back yet. Can you tell me if they license it by site, provider, clinic, Exchange server, etc.?
