I noticed last week when I filed in error a lab result that had an overlay, the document filed in error, but only the overlay's obs terms were removed from the flowsheet. The underlay's obs terms were still on the flowsheet and populating letters, portal, etc. I just put a ticket in with GE, but was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. We are on CEMR. Thank you!

Just tested in our system, and found same results you did. We are CEMR 9.8.10. The only way I was able to clear out the old underlay obs values after I filed the document in error was to open up the view to see 'replaced documents' and then file that in error as well. I'm not sure if this is new behavior or something we've just never noticed before. It is an unexpected result for sure - thank you for sharing!

I wasn't able to find any that I had filed in error where it worked properly and I went back to 7/7/2008, so I don't think it's a new behavior. I will let you know what GE says.
