It has been so long since we have run the following reports that I can not remember what folder to go to in the reports module?
1- report of active Patients by Physician.
2- Report active patients by insurance company.

For the report Active Patients by Physician
You would go to Reports>Patients folder>Patient List. You can constrain on Provider and Patients Status of Active.
For the report Active Patients by Insurance Company:
You would go to Reports>Patients folder>Patient List. You can constrain on Financial class and Patient status of Active. OR you can run the Patients Insurance List report located in the Patients folder. This report allows you to constrain by Insurance Carrier or Insurance Group, however, it does not allow you to constrain on Patient status.
