We use POS online bill pay and every day of the week we have no issues with our batches except on Fridays. On Fridays, when patients pay using online bill pay, their account in CPS does not show the payment until the next Friday. If you drill down inside the visit you see the batch so you know they paid but the account does not reflect it. I know this sounds weird and we have been tracking it for three weeks. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue.
So it turned out we had a daily job that runs Saturday morning at the same time the Friday POS file comes in. Since the job was running the POS file would not process till the next week. We adjusted the time our daily job runs and everything works. POS works great and our patients love paying online.
