Good Day Folks,
I am working on some Pysch forms and found a packet called "Updated-Psy-Content" that I seemed to have previously downloaded from CHUG, I believe. This packet contains a number of *.dlg files and has a fair number of forms related to Behavioral Health.
I have unzipped this packet and imported it to our test system and started to play with it. On the main screen (PSY-Visit), it has a number of buttons that add other form components to the note. This form has 3 buttons that attempts to load some form but I don't seem to have this form in the zip file.
Does anyone have these forms that they would be willing to share? Here is the actual path of the files that are trying to be loaded.
Enterprise\PSY\PSY-AIMS
Enterprise\PSY\PSY-Meds
Enterprise\PSY\Adult abuse Sx
Any information that you have on these forms would be gratefully appreciated.

Those might have been ours - here are what I could find
I could only find a clinical kit for this one - wasn't one of our custom.
