Most of the workstations in our office will instantly show when a patient is checked in on the schedule on the chart side. But we have a couple workstations that will not automatically show this. The user must click away from the schedule and return before the appointment is shown as checked in. Anyone have a solution for this?

we had users with this issue too. We would change the refresh rate for that user and it would work but that issue some time comes and goes.
