Patient- Specific Education
I was hoping someone would be able to answer my question. I am requesting clarification on a message that users will see time to time when attempting to send a Patient Education via portal. The message will say along the lines of “Patient is not associated with this email address…” users cannot proceed with sending the TOC. From my understanding patients do not need to have a portal in order to receive patient education. They only have to have an email in registration.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
