We are missing a couple of patient banner information in few client systems. But there is no an issue in most of the system.

You may want to look and see if the systems have group or user settings for the banner.
I know when I make global changes, some users have 'custom' choices.
By the way, I often add a comment/display a couple lines below the displayable area of the banner - something like "Banner rev. 9/11/2018" so I can scroll to it and see the definition.

I have found that when I "sensitize" charts in registration from the patients chart, the banner information on that particular chart will no longer be visible.
