Patient photo in banner

Good day. I have a client that has stripped the patient photo out of all of their banners, and would now like it back in. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't have an old banner version with a photo to refer to, nor have I ever done it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Related to this, does anyone know if showing the patient photo in the banner is support in CEMR, or how it can be shown in a report/letter/etc. in CEMR?
