Hi,
I am interested to see what everyone is using for an integrated patient reminder system. We have been using Clienttell and as of late, we have been less than happy with the service. thoughts?

We use Inphonite but it is an application not a service. Someone on your staff needs to have a very good understanding of the GE Schema so their queries are correct.

We are using Vital Interaction for our patient reminder notices. We have also partnered with Phreesia which will send emails to the patient(s) for Pre-Registration which has been great!

We use POS and now text all of our reminders. Works well.

We use CallPointe. It works very well. We've even used it to send lab reminders to patients that need to get their lab work done, used it for emergency notification for our staff, etc.
The people at CallPointe are great to work with and very prompt.

We use WellApp. Great text based reminder system. Pulls in the docs schedule for each day and allows mass texting to patients if needed.

We built the interface for the Proximiti appointment reminder service and CPS years ago. We use that for many of our clients.
Some use the SolutionReach product for appointment reminders.
