I am looking for some patient reports and hope that someone might have one or two to share.
What the practice administrator is looking for is the following:
1) A report of patients that have not been seen in the past year
2) A report of patients that have not had a physical in the last year
3) A listing of patients who turned 65 during the month.
Any and all help appreciated!!!

I use inquiries for 2 and 3.
2) Find Patients where Appointment type is "Pap Smear" AND Appointment Date is before "(Date)". We have a "Physical" appt type as well so you would have to run it for each type it could be scheduled under. Searching by CPT code may work better for you. Since we do not use GE for billing the CPT code is not always a reliable method for us.
3) Find Patients where Birthdate is on or after "07-01-1951" AND Birthdate is before "07-01-1951". You would just have to change the dates for each month you are wanting to search.
These may not be the best solutions for what you are looking for but thought I would share them anyhow.

Thank you Jessica - I did end up going with queries but it is nice to hear that is what others are doing. 😀
