Wondering if anyone knows if there are forms available (already made) to help capture p4p, quality measures for pediatric patients?
For pediatric offices what forms do you happen to use for well child exams? The ones that are available are just not up to date.
For some reason we have to use 16 different forms inside of our visits in order to capture these measures. Providers are upset that they have click in so many different places and it takes too much time!

You can look in the CHUG Marketplace to see if there are any forms available. Are you able to create your own custom forms?

Thank you for the info.
unfortunately we cant create our own forms that was a separate program that we never got a chance to do the training for.
