There is an issue when doing med reconciliation.
When we ask the patient what their preferred pharmacy is, and we change it. It's not sticking. It reverts back to the old one. Even when we delete the old one out of the patient's contact list, it's still showing as their preferred pharmacy.

I have found that you have to make the change in registration prior to starting the office note.

Yes, I have found that to be true as well! I instruct staff to always make the change prior to starting the note.

We submitted SPR 68750 for this issue in October. Feel free to request to be added to it - maybe we can bring some attention to it.
