Looking for new phone reminder system that integrates well with CPS... Ability to send text reminders. Anyone using a certain vendor that you are happy with?
Thanks
I've used CallPointe for years with extremely good luck. They do our appointment reminders, as well as, our recall reminders. Most of the contacts are by text.
Would you mind sharing the contact information for the company please? Thank you for your quick response.
We are using Vital Interactions and have been pleased with their service.

We used Call Pointe and Solution Reach in the past and weren't happy with either. We now use Televox and are extremely happy with them.
We use Televox - email, phone call, texting. Integrates with CPS scheduling and you get daily reports as well.
Thank you everyone for the quick responses.... Appreciate it.
We currently use NotifyMD to confirm our patients. They provide patients with a call 2 days prior, text and email notifications in Spanish and English and we also receive a report of patients that have cancelled and were not able to be contacted.
We use Televox as well.
There are great. We have had an issue when we upgraded, but they were working with me every day to get it fixed. Their website is pretty easy to go through too.

We currently use Relatient
We have used Televox for at least 5 years that I know of, and at many times over the years (including right now) we're at the point where we find it mandatory to change to another vendor.
Please give your feedback on who you use, the features you have, and how good is the support.
Televox sounds good on paper... We have SMS text reminders and phone call reminders, 2 days and 1 day (if missed) prior to appointment, as well as 1 day reminders for Physical Therapy appointments. The results do come back in to CPS and update the Status in the schedule, which is much better than looking at reports.
The problem is they don't seem capable of handling the complexity of our practice, and their support people keep changing. We've had 5 or 6 different folks try to work on our account. For a small practice they might be fine. We have around 25 providers, 3 locations, some schedules where we don't want the provider name mentioned (only the appointment date/time/location) such as a general midlevel schedule. We started a month in advance of some big changes at our practice, expecting to get it fixed prior to the changes. It took SIX MONTHS and still doesn't work 100%. Now we need a few minor changes, and we have the same problem, WEEKS to get it straight.
There's a huge expense related to angry patients who were called and told to travel to the wrong location, patients told they were seeing the wrong doctor, etc. We've invested at least 100 hours in dealing with these changes, which from my perspective, should have been pretty trivial.
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
