Is it possible to have a pop up in CPS that all users will see when logging in?
The text in the pop up will be something you can modify.

Yes there is. It is set up on Administration ~ System ~ Idle Timeout and Password Management. We use this for our group especially during upgrades or system changes. It is all or nothing for the database. Hope that helps.

in emr you can add a userok function in the usrlib.txt not sure about CPS.
of course just a userok would pop every time, you could probably add some other functions to determine if/when/what to display.
