Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to unmerge an account. The two accounts were merged in mistake, I have already submitted a ticket, but I thought I would reach out here to see if anyone else has run into this issue before.

When a chart is merged, the merged chart last name is prefixed with <MRG> and the account is set as obsolete. You can search for a patient name of <MRG> and you'll see all merged charts.
You should be able to remove the <MRG> and change the patient status from obsolete to active. Straightening out the chart documents will probably be a pain.
