Does anyone have a precert process they would care to share? We are a multi specialty clinic(17) with 6 locations and multiple outreach clinics. We are having trouble getting a process in place that works for everyone from Family Practice to Surgery to Psych to Ortho, just to name a few.
Any help is greatly appreciated. We are very interested in whether or not anyone in our situation has been able to make the referrals/orders/flags process work well.

SureScripts is pushing a new product on their website (ePA = electronic Preauthorization) so it would be interesting to see if embedding that functionality is on GE's roadmap.
