Hi All,
We are on 12.3.3 and are using the RX Refill form. We have had some issues with the preferred pharmacy sticking for us. Does anyone have an input what causes the preferred pharmacy to show up in the rx refill form and ways to make sure it stays the patient's preferred?
We initially thought it was the highest pharmacy in the patient contacts list in registration but I dont believe that is true.

I'm not 100% sure on this answer but I thought it is only selected by default if there is only one pharmacy listed in contacts. If there are two or more I don't think there is a way to have one be selected by default.

We submitted a ticket to Athena regarding this issue. It seems that the new HTML prescription form and the prescribing functionality in the medication module are not linked. In the past if a user updated the pharmacy in the medication module for that visit it would also default in the prescription form.
We were told that they are aware, but there isn't any plan to fix it. It's all getting scrapped in v20 anyway so why fix an existing bug...
