We are getting this for one particular provider and not for other providers:
"The following immunization, recently entered on this patient's chart, has been inactivated by the CDC:
100 - pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, 7 valent
entered: 2016-04-02 22:52:33"
Does anyone know what could be causing this. Because the patient meets all the right criteria for this vaccine.
Are you marking the immunization as Historical?
The CVX code is what causes this to trigger
It's only happening for this provider. Not any other providers. He's not marking it historical.
So why doesn't the CVS code trigger for other providers?

If all of your providers are selecting the exact same vaccine then I have no clue as to why you are getting this error notice only on 1 provider. The above information came from the CDC website
