I am not sure if others have had this issue but we updated to the latest kbase yesterday and then noticed that our Prevnars (PCV13) stopped displaying everywhere. The Immunization form, Immunization view, Immunization Letter. I looked in the Immunization tables and all of the data is in there but nothing was displaying so many of our offices entered it again and again to try and get it to show up.
GE changed the name of the vaccine group from Pneumococcal PCV13 to PneumoPCV so you need to update your CCC forms (specifically the Immunization history view and Immunization letter) in order to display this information again.
I also found that my Immunization Custom lists did not update to reflect the new name but the Factory Custom List did so I had to go in an add the PneumoPCV into our Immunization Custom Lists. (we created an Adult and Pediatric one)
Yes! Just reported we are having the same issue. It's not showing given on the Immunization HTML form.
We are having the same issues in our Test system. I was able to update the History View but cannot get the Immunization Letter to display correctly with the new vaccine even though I'm using the same code for it "PneumoPCV". Is there something different that I should be doing on the code for the letter vs. the code for the History View?
Just ran into this. If I'm thinking this is fixed in the CCC Basic 1.2. After reading the list of fixes I believe this is one of them. I have not went production with the new form yet, but I think this is the fix. The Vax group name was changed in the last knowledge base update.
I upgraded to CCC Basic 1.2 and my Immunization letter does print the PneumoPCV on it and all past prevnars that were entered in under Pneumococcal PCV13 print under the group name of PneumoPCV. It seems to be displaying fine everywhere now that I have installed the CCC Basic 1.2 package.
I just wish there would have been a disclaimer on the August kbase that said you must install CCC Basic 1.2 for your Prevnars to display.
I was able to update the letter and the history view with PneumoPCV. On the letter did you update the three sections with PneumoPCV.
1. the global declarations
2. the function call
3. the table itself.
I am listing the above 3 off of memory so I might be missing a spot but I believe that was it.

I have a call set up with GE today at 4:30 CST to discuss. I'll share what I find out.
