We have built a test environment several times and keep running into the same problem.
We can confirm that the problem reference list is present in EMR 9.5 but as soon as we upgrade to EMR 9.8, no problem reference list shows up. Anyone have this problem or have any idea what happened?
We have rebuilt several times and the only answer we are getting from GE is to reinstall Jboss several times.
this is very disturbing, we wanted to upgrade production in June.

We had the same issue until we installed the last full KB and the following incremental KB update. GE wasn't helpful - something we thought we would try and it worked. Good luck!
