Can anyone tell me why a problem might be searchable for 1 user via the smart list but not another user or users as far as that goes

It is possible that 1 provider has searched for that problem previously. Therefore, the result has populated his/her smart list as one to be "remembered" by the Smart List.
The other provider may have not searched for that problem previously and therefore, will not get the same result.

SmartLists* are user specific. With SP10 problems will be added to a user's SmartList* after being added to 4 patient's problem lists.
We were supposed to have the ability to manage SmartLists* similar to a custom list with SP10, but that has been tabled. Apparently, it's an enhancement SPR now.
