Our OB/GYN providers are saying that before the August KB update they were able to select Procedures such as LEEP and Hysteroscopy from the Smart List. After applying the August KB update, they are no longer able to. Is anyone else having this issue?
GE put out a note about this issue. Here is the content of the E-Mail.

Important Information Regarding the August 2016 ICD/CPT Code set
September 19, 2016
Dear Centricity Practice Solution Customer,
We have had recent reports of an error that presents when selecting a problem from the full problem search that the selected ICD-10 code is not specific enough for billing. When double-clicking the problem to display more specific codes, a message presents that no results meet the search criteria. The GE Healthcare Engineering Teams are working to further isolate the issue and deploy a fix to our customers as quickly as possible.
In the interim, the Advanced Problem Search option can be activated in lieu of the full problem search as a workaround. Please reference our EMR ICD10 Community details on how to enable Advanced Problem Search.
How to Activate & Use Advanced Search
You will be receiving an update within the next two days regarding our progress towards resolution.
Thank you,
Centricity Practice Solution Services Team

We are having issues here also in OB. Problem is, the work around is to used Advanced Search but we have been using Advanced Search all along and still having issues.
