I am wondering if anyone has a process on making patients inactive? We would like to clean up some of our patients that haven't been seen at our clinic for a few years so they don't pull into reporting numbers. What is the amount of time that some of you use to start marking patients as inactive? Do you have a process for doing this (annually, bi-annually)? Thank you!
