Created the following as quicktext, but keep getting Centricity error "unable to find handout". Do I need to specify the 'Handouts\' first? I can brows there, but cannot seem to write a properly formatted path.

Health Care Proxy form given to the patient. {OBSNOW("HLTH PROXY","Printed")} on {LASTOBSDATE("HLTH PROXY")}

I think it now works with
